Today I’m off to check out the cars at the Chicago Auto Show. I always enjoy going to these shows to check out the concept cars, the marketing and display layouts, and of course learning all I can from the booth girls. Vrrooom!

Funny timing that I came across this article on yahoo health news about the day after I wrote this article on my thoughts on crossfit. Here’s just a different perspective from someone who has gone to “the box”. Like I said in my post, I have nothing against people wanting to be healthy. My issues lie with people who are “coaching”, letting people keep bad form while they toss around heavy weights.
As someone with a HUGE sweet tooth, I’m always on the lookout for healthier ways to enjoy my sweets. Glad Cara posted this article on Cressey’s site this week; I’ll be giving these a try soon!
